Telephone Calls

During regular office hours, a member of the staff may handle your call or relay information to the doctor and call you back with instructions. Staff members are trained to collect appropriate and necessary information to allow your question to be answered.  If necessary or requested Dr. Maloney will return your phone call often during lunchtime or after office hours. Urgent calls are handled immediately.

If you have insurance coverage, please understand that this is an agreement between you and your insurance company to pay certain amounts for your medical care. Our bill for services is an agreement between you and our office. We will bill your insurance company. However, if we are not supplied with accurate information about your insurance coverage or if your services are denied for any reason you remain responsible for the payment of your bill.
